A dispute over a simple misunderstanding turns into a brutal beating against Willy Monteiro Duarte, a 21-year-old man who is murdered in 40 seconds. Inspired by a true story, the film retraces the 24 hours leading up to the tragic event, in which chance encounters, rivalries and latent tensions intertwine: a journey through the banality of evil that explores human nature and its conditioning.
