Ski-ing at Ishpeming, Michigan (1909)
The first scene shows the contestants polishing their skis, preparing for their jumps. After they are ready they start one at a time down an incline to gather momentum and then shoot upward into space, their jumps being measured after they are through. The measurements are for height and distance. A very interesting winter scene.
