Another Story (2006)
Sicily, 2006. The election campaign for the region president begins, the contenders are: Rita Borsellino, a pragmatical and militant woman taken up with anti-mafia, and Totò Cuffaro, the outgoing governor investigated for aiding and abetting at Cosa Nostra. Two names that immediately bestow a wider meaning at the political confrontation and at the institutional fight between the right and the left wing. The documentary narrates the ransom attempt of those Sicilians that, supporting Borsellino, dreamt of breaking up the political and social system in order to have another (hi)story.
