He was a ragged tramp known as "Bugs." Opportunity came and he grasped it. Fifty dollars to serve as a subject for the dissection table was a lot of money, and Bugs needed the money. "Cash in advance" was Bugs's motto. First he would spend the fifty, and then return for dissection. They tried to catch Bugs, but the truth is he fled with the fifty dollars.
