Cupid and the Cook (1913)
When father interfered, Billy made love to the cook. There was method in his madness, for when father saw his attention apparently turned from his daughter, he offered the cook $5000 if she would clinch Billy then and there. Though it was an awful trick to play on the cook, it was all for the best, as the film proves.
