The Masher Cop (1913)
Things down at the courthouse are pretty dull. There hadn't been an arrest made nor a case tried for so long that they were all getting rusty. Constable Brown sat reading the paper of another town when an article struck his notice that told of how a woman policeman had been appointed on the force to arrest mashers and the scheme was a success. Here was an idea. Why not play the same game? But there was no woman cop and Brown dressed up and played that role himself. With what success the picture will show.
