Why Tightwad Tips (1912)

Tightwad decides that tipping is a nuisance and he proceeds to inaugurate an anti-tipping crusade by setting a noble example. The former recipients of tips spread the news, and Tightwad has the time of his life. Starved at cafés, ignored in barber shops and made generally miserable, he is obliged to go back to the old order of things.
