Pinball Mania (2000)
As a Japanese teenage boy plays pinball in a deserted arcade, he sees himself pulled into the machine. Once inside, he is pursued by mysterious spiked balls and forced to run for his life through deserted city streets. As he runs, the perspective switches back and forth between the boy outside playing the game and the boy inside who has become part of it.
