What Doris Did (1916)
There is something weird about the workings of the Secret Service. The solemn mystery surrounding the activities of this branch of our Government, and the dangers encountered by its agents fascinate and enthrall us. The story treats of an attempt to violate the neutrality laws. A young man is wrongfully charged with being implicated in the plot and is imprisoned. His sweetheart Doris sets out to unravel the mystery. A series of thrilling adventures, which terminate in the capture of the conspirators, follows.
