In search of truth and the opportunity to punish the director-bureaucrat who's work collapsed the once prosperous Far East fur farm, the best worker on the farm, Katya Ivanova arrives in Moscow. On the way to the railway station, Katya catches and surrenders a spy to border guards. On the train, the girl gets acquainted with the handsome navy sailor Sergei Berezkin, who offers her to go to Moscow and contact the Complaints Bureau there (this is such an instance where you can complain about anyone).
