The Day the Tree Blooms (1961)
Europe is entering the First World War and the atmosphere in the country mill is oppressive, which the sensitive girl can no longer bear. She leaves the family environment. In the city, of course, she quickly finds her way to the socialists... In flashbacks, the heroine's agonizing memories of a world full of the pursuit of possessions and steeped in callousness, from which she has resolved to leave forever, play out.
