Staryy znakomyy (1969)
A satirical comedy about the popularly known character from "Carnival in Moscow" Serafim Ogurtsov. Now he is busy working on laying out the city park, where he is going to diversify the leisure time of the townspeople with the appearance of new beer outlets.However, this initiative is not liked by young people led by the scientist Anokhin. Anokhin, pretending to be a foreigner, under the guise of a certain governor, appears at Ogurtsov's. He, believing that he "entered the international market", and proud of the honor shown, fawns in every possible way and tries to curry favor with him ... The carnival performance continues.
