Café de Paris (1938)
It's New Year's Eve and important industrialists, businessmen, journalists,ambassadors are enjoying the food and the drinks in the "Café de Paris".The center of the conversations is Lambert, press tycoon with also a fame of blackmailer.At midnight the lights are turned out for some seconds (por the traditional midnight kiss) and then when the lights are turned on,Lambert has been stabbed to death.The police superintendent who also celebrating this feast, gives the order to close the doors and begins the investigation.
