Ups and Downs of a Super Stud (1979)
Germano is a well-endowed young man with innate sexual qualities: discovered by his father in intimate attitudes with the servant, he is sent to his grandmother, who runs a hotel in a seaside resort, actually a closed house called "Pensione Amore". He animates the grandmother's brothel, creating sensation and attracting considerable clientele, precisely because of his fame.
