A revolution in architectural consciousness occurred at the beginning of the 20th century. A functional aesthetic was established in art and architecture. Post-revolutionary Russia found itself at the forefront of this search, with the emergence of constructivism and the creation of a new architectural language. Ivan Leonidov became one of the creators of this new architecture.
