An insurance agent, an accountant, a digital gravedigger, a homeless accordionist, a typography designer and seven other very different people meet at a cooking class. A father and son drive through a monotonous, endless, cold autumn landscape. Their paths will cross, and life will never be the same. In the end, each of them will understand what it means to be an angel in this cruel, dry, gray land.
