Academy's New York Screening Series to Feature 'Charly'
New York, NY — The 1968 drama Charly will screen on Monday, September 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Academy Theater at Lighthouse International in Manhattan. Viewers in attendance at this screening, the next installment in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' monthly screening series "Monday Nights with Oscar®," will enjoy a brand new print of Charly from the Academy's Film Archive.
Cliff Robertson, who won the Academy Award® for his performance in the film's title role, will attend the screening and participate in a question-and-answer session preceding the film.

The film will be shown as part of the Academy's centennial celebration honoring the Oscar-winning director.
