Robin Williams to Appear on 77th Oscar® Show
Beverly Hills, CA—Academy Award®-winning actor Robin Williams has been set as a presenter for the 77th Academy Awards® on February 27th, telecast producer Gil Cates announced today.

Williams won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar in 1997 for his role in Good Will Hunting and was nominated three previous times for his leading roles in Good Morning, Vietnam, Dead Poets Society and The Fisher King.

Williams' other film credits include Insomnia, One Hour Photo, The Birdcage and Mrs. Doubtfire.

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2004 will be presented on Sunday, February 27, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland®. The Oscars® will be televised live by the ABC Television Network at 5 p.m. PST / 8 p.m. EST, beginning with a half-hour arrivals segment.
